Born July 6th, 1990 in Nebraska, David grew up in central Omaha with his parents Doug and Mary, older sisters Dawn and Shelle, and younger brother Daniel.

He attended Paddock Road Elementary and later obtained his diploma from Westside High School.  He continued on to the University of Nebraska - Lincoln where he earned a Bachelors of Arts, with a double major of Communication Studies and Psychology under a Pre-Law focus.

During his four year undergraduate career he was an active member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, serving as Risk Manager and later Vice President.

While working as a full-time student and managing the fraternity, David also earned money in the hospitality industry waiting tables and bartending.

After graduating December of 2013 he continued working in hospitality after moving to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.  He found a cozy little apartment on the lower level of a 2.3 million dollar villa overlooking the islands to the east and often went golfing with his landlord when he'd come down fo the winter.  Arthur (Landlord) made his fortune in real estate.

David returned from the Caribbean early 2016 and worked as a bartender in Omaha's Old Market while exploring ways to successfully enter the world of real estate.  All three siblings were highly involved in real estate sales in either Dallas or Denver, but nobody stayed close to home.

Dave Paladino, a serial entrepreneur and real estate mogul out of Omaha, brought David on as an Apprentice January of 2017.  Paladino owned a multi-national self storage company and managed his own personal portfolio of 1100 units, but was also widely known from his television series "The Super" still featured on Netflix.

That October David accepted an offer at Sage Capital Real Estate & Investments as an Associate and Commercial Real Estate Salesperson after getting his Real Estate Salesperson's License in Nebraska.  While working, he continued to take classes at the University of Nebraska - Omaha and earned a Certificate in Real Estate and Land Use Economics in May of 2018.

Soon after, David left Sage to pursue his own venture, Baron Commercial Real Estate.  Baron is a full service commercial real estate brokerage with a modern approach, servicing primarily urban and downtown properties.
